Furniture Basics for Bedrooms

I'm sure most of you know this, but when I was first married, I knew nothing about arranging rooms. I have learned over the years that the best way to arrange a bedroom is so that the bed faces the door in some way. Every room needs a focal point. Have your bed be your main focal point when you enter the room.

For children's rooms, it is helpful to have a laundry basket and a waste paper basket.
